What an absolute delight to deal with John and purchase a vehicle from him. After looking at loads of Elgrands on line over a number of months, we finally decided to bite the bullet. John had one that fitted all our criteria and, when we met him and viewed the car we knew it was the one for us. John makes sure his vehicles are immaculate. Ours is like brand new with only 40,000 on the clock. He talked us through what he had done to bring it up to tip top condition and helped us to understand how to find out what the Japanese buttons etc were saying. Yes, we paid a bit more than we may have done elsewhere but we are so pleased we did. On getting the car home, it was found to have a slow puncture and John paid for a new tyre immediately. It was easy to make an appointment for a test drive, and John responded quickly. On the day of the test drive, John had already prepared the car. He cleaned the car spotlessly and smelled good. From the start John could not have been more helpful. His knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional and he explained everything in straightforward terms. I purchased a Nissan Cube from John. I looked him up carefully before I purchased the car and could tell right away the kind of man he truly is.
Some dealerships push you hard and everything is just a quick fix but the truth be known John did not push me. I’ve only had the car a week but so far so good.
I am not saying this for show you really and truly get what you pay for. I don’t trust anyone and never will but I do trust John when it comes to cars. All you have to do is pick up the phone and speak with him. In all the times I contacted him he answered my questions and was very honest. The Nissan Cube is really great fun.
I hope all you good people out there don’t think I am being forward with my words. Look this man up some day and see how simple this can be.

We wanted a vehicle that would allow us to travel around the UK or abroad and to be comfortable and spacious, the Nissan’s Elgrand seemed a strong contender.
We were impressed by lowmileageimports.co.uk website and it proved to be an excellent choice.
We met with John as the company had several vehicles that could possibly meet our requirements, it was clear we had made the right decision, all vehicles were in immaculate condition.
We chose the Nissan Elgrand E51 , it ticked the boxes and had very low mileage.

John is a real gent, no pushy sales nonsense and knows the background of the car very well. Make no mistake, if you want a car which is a bit different then this is the place to go! Our car was immaculate throughout (overshoes needed) and even came with the original service book, manuals and so on which are fascinating to look at via Google Translate.

I bought the Cube a week ago, it's the first time for me to buy a car without seeing or test driving the actual car. The condition is excellent, extremely low mileage, it runs like a brand new car. Low mileage is more important than how old the car is, so if you are looking for a "new" car with the price of a second hand one, or if you are looking for specific model that you have missed when it first came out like i do, this is the place for you.
Also John is really professional, he can answer all my technical questions from relates to the car itself or buying process unlike other car dealers, he understands all the vehicles that he sells, and the service is brilliant, the whole buying process and experience is so easy and smooth, I don't need to do anything until I make the final payment.
I'll definitely visit again when i need another import car in the future. Highly recommend.

I had been searching for a Toyota Alphard for quite some time before finding Low Mileage Imports website it cropped up in 'just one last search' Thank Goodness
Having previously found Alphards of every description and price though quite often on closer inspection finding they were just not matching up to the photos on offer! do sellers not know about the Zoom feature! it sure allows you a first impression 😏
As soon as I started looking at Johns excellent website I couldn't quite believe that every single vehicle definitely matched up to the no waffle informative piece on each car and once having found the video viewings I immediately found myself sending John a message via his site, very simple and easy to use. I wasn't expecting such a quick reply having experienced long delays with other sellers

Due to an extended family I have been looking at getting a 7 seater MPV for the past year. I wanted a Japanese import because they are better value for money and usually well maintained because of their rigid system in Japan. I looked at 100's online and nothing just quite ticked the box. I knew the the spec I wanted and colour but was finding it difficult to find. One day I typed in Toyota Estima 3.5 (did not want a 2.4) and that is when John @ low mileage imports site came up and there was the car exactly what I had been looking for.
After looking at the video and several images a few times I got excited! I actually messaged John in the evening to see if it was still for sale. He replied yes! He said you can call me now and that was 9pm in the evening. Has soon as I spoke to him I thought what a lovely bloke and he came across very honest and genuine. After he re-assured me about everything I put a deposit down there and then. I also checked out his reviews.
I caught the train from Nottingham to Yate and he met me off the train. He had the car all ready, Valeted to a very high standard like nothing I had seen before, taxed, Mot, a tank of fuel etc which we
had settled the day before I collected the car. The car was exactly as described and just lovely. I drove it home and it was a delight to drive back to Nottingham. He contacted me a few days later to see how I was getting on which I thought was a nice touch. He also sorts all the import papers out and registers it with the DVLA etc and fully Bimta checked etc with all the service history.
If you are thinking of buying a Japanese import with low miles and all above board then look no further as John is your man. I would definitely go back. I have been a mechanic and engineer for 44 years so I know my stuff and when to smell a dodgy salesman, John is none of these as he is very passionate about his cars and customer service and he loves Toyota's and Lexus etc.
PS. I can recommend the 3.5 V6 it is a beautiful engine and the power is Immense :)

I bought a Toyota Alphard from John a few days ago. I had never heard of an Alphard before, I was looking for something a bit bigger than a Ford Galaxy. Well......... if you know the Alphard, you also know that is exactly what I got. It is an absolute stunner, and so easy to drive, although easy doesn't do it justice. If you like the Alphard, and you've got the money, talk to John. I've bought new cars and second hand cars in the past all from dealers, but nothing comes close to how simple it was to buy this car from John. A few days ago I had the absolute pleasure of meeting John after finding one of his cars on ebay. A stunning example of a very low millage Toyota alphard that almost sounded to good to be true. After taking it for a test drive and absolutely no sales patter or pressure from John I decided straight away I wanted the car. The deal was done . When I went to collect the car 3 days later there were a few issues with paperwork from my side and John went well above and beyond to help me resolve things. Delighted to say an hour or so later I was driving off in my new alphard. It truly is a fantastic car and exactly as it was described if not even better.

Some dealerships push you hard and everything is just a quick fix but the truth be known John did not push me. I’ve only had the car a week but so far so good.
I am not saying this for show you really and truly get what you pay for. I don’t trust anyone and never will but I do trust John when it comes to cars. All you have to do is pick up the phone and speak with him. In all the times I contacted him he answered my questions and was very honest. The Nissan Cube is really great fun.

We wanted a vehicle that would allow us to travel around the UK or abroad and to be comfortable and spacious, the Nissan’s Elgrand seemed a strong contender.

Our car was immaculate throughout (overshoes needed) and even came with the original service book, manuals and so on which are fascinating to look at via Google Translate.

I bought the Cube a week ago, it's the first time for me to buy a car without seeing or test driving the actual car. The condition is excellent, extremely low mileage, it runs like a brand new car. Low mileage is more important than how old the car is, so if you are looking for a "new" car with the price of a second hand one, or if you are looking for specific model that you have missed when it first came out like i do, this is the place for you.
Also John is really professional, he can answer all my technical questions from relates to the car itself or buying process unlike other car dealers, he understands all the vehicles that he sells, and the service is brilliant, the whole buying process and experience is so easy and smooth, I don't need to do anything until I make the final payment.

Having previously found Alphards of every description and price though quite often on closer inspection finding they were just not matching up to the photos on offer! do sellers not know about the Zoom feature! it sure allows you a first impression 😏

Due to an extended family I have been looking at getting a 7 seater MPV for the past year. I wanted a Japanese import because they are better value for money and usually well maintained because of their rigid system in Japan. I looked at 100's online and nothing just quite ticked the box. I knew the the spec I wanted and colour but was finding it difficult to find. One day I typed in Toyota Estima 3.5 (did not want a 2.4) and that is when John @ low mileage imports site came up and there was the car exactly what I had been looking for.
After looking at the video and several images a few times I got excited! I actually messaged John in the evening to see if it was still for sale. He replied yes! He said you can call me now and that was 9pm in the evening. Has soon as I spoke to him I thought what a lovely bloke and he came across very honest and genuine. After he re-assured me about everything I put a deposit down there and then. I also checked out his reviews.
I caught the train from Nottingham to Yate and he met me off the train. He had the car all ready, Valeted to a very high standard like nothing I had seen before, taxed, Mot, a tank of fuel etc which we
had settled the day before I collected the car. The car was exactly as described and just lovely. I drove it home and it was a delight to drive back to Nottingham. He contacted me a few days later to see how I was getting on which I thought was a nice touch. He also sorts all the import papers out and registers it with the DVLA etc and fully Bimta checked etc with all the service history.
If you are thinking of buying a Japanese import with low miles and all above board then look no further as John is your man. I would definitely go back. I have been a mechanic and engineer for 44 years so I know my stuff and when to smell a dodgy salesman, John is none of these as he is very passionate about his cars and customer service and he loves Toyota's and Lexus etc.
PS. I can recommend the 3.5 V6 it is a beautiful engine and the power is Immense :)

Well......... if you know the Alphard, you also know that is exactly what I got. It is an absolute stunner, and so easy to drive, although easy doesn't do it justice. A few days ago I had the absolute pleasure of meeting John after finding one of his cars on ebay. A stunning example of a very low millage Toyota alphard that almost sounded to good to be true. I purchased a second hand Lexus RX400h from John in October 2020. I am always nervous of buying secondhand cars after having had some really bad experiences. However, John is a polite, accommodating and very conscientious gentleman, who takes pride in what he does, and his reputation. The car was immaculate when we arrived to view it, so clean and beautifully presented. John was really great when we went to test drive the vehicle, letting us drive it for a decent time and at varying speeds. There was an issue with the exhaust blowing and he drove us to a service garage to get a quote for the work; he said that her would reduce the price of the car to accommodate this, so that we could then get it repaired at home. He said if the cost was more when we took it to our own garage, he would honour that price too. The whole experience with John was refreshingly reassuring and pleasant, he didn't push me to make the decision to buy the car, there was no hard sell, he gave me time to sit and think about what I wanted to do. There have been a few issues with the car since I had it, 1) No hand book and 2) a crack in the radiator, but both times when I contacted John to explain he didn't quibble once, just paid for a new handbook and for the radiator to be replaced. He was respectful and made the whole process easy. He is not like any other car dealer I have met before, he is down to earth, approachable, respectful, and for once, it appears that he is a trader with a conscience, who genuinely seems to care about the customer too. It was really important to me to find a car for myself, and my budget wasn't huge, I needed to be able to find a reliable car and drive it with confidence, and so far to date, I have been able to do just that. I love my new car. Whenever I have any dealings with John he just says, 'leave it with me!' and he comes back with a solution or can source parts for you and has them sent to your home directly. He emailed me to ask if I had got home safely after buying the car, which was a lovely touch. I would have to say that so far, since buying this car, John has been a true gentleman, honest and reliable, keeping to his word and honouring what he said he would do without any quibble. That for me breaks the mould when it comes to care dealers, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or his cars/business to anyone...he is a breed apart. It has been so lovely to actually buy a car and be able to enjoy it with peace of mind and in the knowledge that the dealer is genuine, honest and trustworthy, but above all, bothered about you as the client, and wants you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase and experience with him and his business. A few days ago I had the absolute pleasure of meeting John after finding one of his cars on ebay. A stunning example of a very low millage Toyota alphard that almost sounded to good to be true. After taking it for a test drive and absolutely no sales patter or pressure from John I decided straight away I wanted the car. The deal was done . Due to an extended family I have been looking at getting a 7 seater MPV for the past year. I wanted a Japanese import because they are better value for money and usually well maintained because of their rigid system in Japan. I looked at 100's online and nothing just quite ticked the box. I knew the the spec I wanted and colour but was finding it difficult to find. One day I typed in Toyota Estima 3.5 (did not want a 2.4) and that is when John @ low mileage imports site came up and there was the car exactly what I had been looking for.
After looking at the video and several images a few times I got excited! I actually messaged John in the evening to see if it was still for sale. He replied yes! He said you can call me now and that was 9pm in the evening. Has soon as I spoke to him I thought what a lovely bloke and he came across very honest and genuine. After he re-assured me about everything I put a deposit down there and then. I also checked out his reviews.
I caught the train from Nottingham to Yate and he met me off the train. He had the car all ready, Valeted to a very high standard like nothing I had seen before, taxed, Mot, a tank of fuel etc which we

I bought the Cube a week ago, it's the first time for me to buy a car without seeing or test driving the actual car. The condition is excellent, extremely low mileage, it runs like a brand new car. Low mileage is more important than how old the car is, so if you are looking for a "new" car with the price of a second hand one, or if you are looking for specific model that you have missed when it first came out like i do, this is the place for you.

John is a real gent, no pushy sales nonsense and knows the background of the car very well. Make no mistake, if you want a car which is a bit different then this is the place to go! Our car was immaculate throughout (overshoes needed) and even came with the original service book, manuals and so on which are fascinating to look at via Google Translate.

What an absolute delight to deal with John and purchase a vehicle from him. After looking at loads of Elgrands on line over a number of months, we finally decided to bite the bullet. John had one that fitted all our criteria and, when we met him and viewed the car we knew it was the one for us. John makes sure his vehicles are immaculate. He talked us through what he had done to bring it up to tip top condition and helped us to understand how to find out what the Japanese buttons etc were saying.
